Once you have booked and paid for service order, you will be provided with the option to describe your experience with the service provider that performed your service.

You will be asked to rate the service using a star-rating system and describe your experience in your own words.

No. our merchant are not given access to remove or edit the reviews by consumers. All the reviews provided by you are intact and are publicly visible to everyone.

Keep in mind that we do not tolerate the use of vulgar or abusive language in reviews.

A service order describes a need you have for your vehicle or a problem you are experiencing with your vehicle. A service order can have  any type of service such as an oil change, new brakes, replace all 4 tires, belt replacement, etc. If you are unsure of the service you need or have a problem, you can simply select from our 300+ services.

You’ll receive a confirmation order number, when you book your service with the provider of your choice. It has details of your vehicle, appointment & merchant. It also shows the payment information that you provided to Motrss and the offer that was accepted by you for service.

On Motrss web and mobile app, there is a consolidated and well defined list of 500+ services, divided into 50+ categories. You can easily search for a particular service, a problem, or for entering a custom service.

The automotive service provider (merchant) is responsible for all warranties.  Motrss makes sure that all the services warranties provided to you are honored when needed.

After your service order is complete and payment is successfully made in full, you will receive an email receipt showing detail of the transaction. Copy of the service performed, charges and payment related details will be maintained in your Motrss orders history.

During the appointment booking itself, customer have an option to choose either a pickup only, drop only or pickup & drop both services. There is nominal charge for these services.

We provide pickup and drop off services with major ride hailing companies

If you have booked the appointment with pickup and drop off services, then our Travel Desk will contact you 1 hour prior to your booked appointment and coordinate for pickup/ drop off.

Our cab will reach you around  10-15 minutes prior to your booked appointment time. You will receive regular updates on your pickup/drop.

Its very easy to book an appointment using our android app. Its just a 5 step process :-

  • Step-1 :- Select the vehicle you want to book the appointment for.
  • Step-2 :- Select a saved address or search another one from the map for where you want the services at.
  • Step-3 :- Select all the services that you want. Eg:- Normal Servicing, Repairing etc.
  • Step-4 :- On basis of your selection, a complete list of service center’s will be displayed. You can filter them based on ratings, pricing & distance. Go through the details of all service center’s you like and then choose the one that suits you.
  • Step-5 :- Select the pickup and drop option, make initial booking amount payment and you are done.

    You will receive an email and text confirmation for the appointment that you have booked.

    That’s it. You are done !!!

 

Go to the Motrss app and check for “Upcoming appointments”.Choose the appointment you need to cancel and click on the “Cancel” button provided there.

You will get a notification for cancellation confirmation

Most of the appointments can be cancelled using the app. However, there are some appointments that can only be cancelled through our call center.

The following is the usual cancellation fee:

At Motrss, we do not store your credit card, debit card or online banking information anywhere on our site or app. Instead, we process the payments through a third party payment services company that uses best in class secure technologies. Our payment partners are Google, Apple pay, Paypal and Stripe.com. They are a premier online payment processing companies and has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is the most stringent level of certification available.

Motrss handles payment to the service provider for services rendered. Keep your credit card handy when you pick up your vehicle or complete an order online.

Once the service is complete and you approve the service that was provided by the merchant, Motrss process the final invoice amount payment from the credit card used to book your appointment.  All your payment related details (no credit card number or details) are available along with your order details in motrss app.

You don’t need to worry about maintaining it separately.

Transactions on Motrss are 100% safe & secure. We process all our payments through third party payment gateway, which employ the best-in-class security technology and the transactions done are completely secure.

Apart from being certified by Verisign, payment gateway uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) data encryption.

Using SSL ensures that the information exchanged with us is never transmitted unencrypted, thus protecting the information from being viewed by unauthorized individuals.

The different payment options are

Absolutely, we are providing the options to pay using cash, credit card, debit card, cash cards, bank account and various other payment methods.
But, At this time, we have no option to book the appointment confirmation fees ( a partial booking amount) using cash. We are working on it.

Not at all! A customer can use any card to pay for the appointment, not necessarily their own. However, please note that the customer in whose name the appointment is booked
should carry a proof of his identity (along with the appointment confirmation) at the time giving their vehicle for servicing.

From the time we take your Vehicle, till its being delivered back to you; its our responsibility for anything that happens to your vehicle. Any/ all damages that happens to your vehicle are covered by our integrated insurance policy. We take complete responsibility of any damage that happens to your vehicle while in our possession.

All our Merchants & Pickup staff is scrutinized, thoroughly reviewed, verified & approved, prior to being at your service.

We do a complete background check and the document verification for all our staff member. So you do not need to worry about the safety of your vehicle.

We believe in creating a loyal customer base and always strive to offer best quality work. Our field staff keeps a very close check on the quality of service by a merchant.

All our users & customers are encouraged to leave a genuine feedback and rating for the Merchants. This way, we keep a close check on the quality of services , while you get all the reviews to choose best Merchants.

All your refunds will be paid to the original mode of payment. In any case, no cash refunds will be provided.

Motrss can provide a credit or a coupon against the refund amount. Talk to us for more details.

The refund is provided as per with our cancellation policy. This refund will be provided in the account/ card its being paid from.

Motrss provides a 100% refund if the service appointment is missed due to either Motrss or its’ merchants fault. However, if the appointment is missed due to any other reason not directly related to Motrss, no refund is provided.
